 Ordering Information Orders will be accepted by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. All orders must contain the name of the person who is placing the order, street address for shipments, and telephone number. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. Standing orders can be set-up upon approval. We accept Discover/Visa/Master Card orders. Shipping Freight, FOB Midland BioProducts facility in Boone, Iowa (USA). Freight charges can be prepaid and added to the invoice or we can charge shipping costs directly to your carrier number. We ship DHL, Federal Express and by UPS, unless other arrangements are made. Shipments of Samples On prior approval by MBC, we can send samples of any of our products to you at no charge. However, we do ask that you pick up the costs of shipping. If we are shipping internationally, then we ask that the recipient pick up any secondary costs of customs and duties. International We require the following information: Any regulations pertaining to the import of animal based products into your country. We ship DHL, Federal Express or UPS for international orders, unless otherwise notified by the customer. Midland BioProducts Corporation® cannot accept returns without a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Limited warranty, seller warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the products listed are of the composition and purity described therein. Buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of unused product with product meeting the catalog description. |
